POLICIES

  • If there is an error with your print, or you received an item that you did not order, or your item is damaged, please fill out an online replacement request,
  • We do not provide refunds for any merchandise due to a mistake made in the order.
  • If your online replacement request is approved, you will receive an in-store coupon equal to the value of the item in question.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any and all online replacement requests if we feel there is insufficient evidence that there was an error or issue with the order.

STEPS TO COMPLETE AN ONLINE Replacement request

  1. Send an email to support@pebblebrookapparel.com with the subject line “Return Request”
  2. Provide pictures of the product that show evidence of damage or misprint
  3. Provide a copy of your receipt that was emailed to you when you ordered.
  4. We will investigate your claim and contact our provider. This may take up to 2 weeks. If our provider approves your request, you will be given further direction and given an in-store credit for a replacement item of the same item type.
